Recently when trying to run a scan it will not operate. The AVG page states that a web update and computer update are needed for my pc. I have run 'update' and receive a message that the update is successful, but the update message still appear. I have switched off pc and restarted a couple of times but this doesn't make any difference.
When trying to run a scan it starts and then states the scan is completed after a couple of seconds.
Any advice please?
