Vincent, You don't require both these products on the same system!. You only need AVG Internet Security 2014. Hi vincent,
I recommend start with changing email account password.
Thanks
I have AVG Internet Security 2014 £34 and AVG Anti Virus 2014 £29.00 on my computer to protect it. Since installing these our computer has, on a couple of occasions been sending out emails to everyone in our current address book and also to people we deleted some months ago. The emails do not appear in our SENT items, the first we know it's happening is when one bounces back to our INBOX saying it was unable to send one or when someone contacts us to say they've received suspicious emails from us again. People have started to block us because they worry that our emails may infect their machines. I can see that AVG are prepared to check for problems on computers remotely at a cost of approx $50 but I've already installed almost £65 worth or protection to no avail. I don't know how to look for 'suspect' files - HELP!
