Could you let us know which AVG apps are opening on startup? Do you have AVG Secure VPN, AVG AntiTrack and AVG Secure Browser installed on your PC?
I would also request you to make sure there are no other antivirus or firewall software installed on your PC.
i recently reset my pc and the pc was booting perfectly at less than 8 seconds and functional after that since i had a subscription to avg on my other computer. after installing avg / ultimate version .OMG my computer started slowing down significantly my computer booted slowly clocking at more than 2 minutes and not functional till after 10 minutes with random avg app popping up. wtf. what should i do.? is there a way to quiet down the avg apps constantly going bunkers i cant even browse my files or launch office when i click on them. avg is just crazy the paid version is freaking slowing down my pc the free version was annoying with the pop ups but it works .the paid version is useless and insanely messing up my pc
