Posted previously but can't find it. Windows 7 computer running new install of AVG internet Security version 22.3.3228 (build 22.3.7108.720). Computer will not shut down or even restart. Not even with a ctrl-alt-del. Did an uninstall and reinstall and still not resolved. Getting frustrated!!
