Hi, I have a paid version of Internet Security and for a week or so a pop-up has appeared telling me my computer isn't protected and to 'click' here. I've done this and got another pop-up which said it had updated successfully.
However when I actually go into my account the Computer section is in red, tells me I'm still not fully protected and to fix now. I click on the fix now and get yet another pop-up saying updated successfully but computer section still stays red. Am I protected? Help please!

The version update needs to be done manually on your computer.
