So the other day my laptop was hacked by someone impersonating as AVG saying there was a problem with the site I was on… "To continue click this link" and I did… After that it told me there was a new AVG update. Click to restart and download.
After i restarted. It's saying that my pin was never made and passwords (even tried to reset… Still nothing) was incorrect. I cannot do anything with my laptop without a password. Not even factory reset. What can I do??
