I downloaded AVG tune up onto my windows laptop and ran a scan on the local disk C and I had to restart my computer. It now won’t turn on. It will start to fire up and then it shuts down. Unfortunately I have a broken screen and I have plugged into my TV through HDMI but it won’t connect to the TV. Any help or advice would be hugely appreciated. Thanks
