I am sorry to hear that you are unable to open the AVG TuneUp Unlimited and systen froze. Please restart your computer normally and then check if you are able to open AVG PC TuneUp properly in your computer. If the issue persists, please run AVG repair(avgclick.me/RepairAVG) and check.

I have just bought AVG Tune up Unlimited. I have started installing it and have been waiting a couple of hours for the 'speed up opening' to finish loading - the first time I went away as I got so bored and when I came back the screen was blank and wouldn't wake up. I had to pull the plug out to get the computer to turn off.  Then I reloaded from scratch and again I am getting nowhere fast.
