Computer working worse than before

We just installed AVG last Friday and while the computer seems a little bit faster, it is doing things it never did before. I have memorized your "Oh snap, this is embarrassing, something went wrong" message. I keep getting thrown off Facebook. I am considering cancelling unless I get some help.

Scott, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
