Conecting to avg

We’re happy to help you sort this out. You might have installed older version of AVG PC TuneUp. I request you to open control panel > program and features > uninstall the existing AVG PC TuneUp from your computer.
After that, you can follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG TuneUp. You have to use AVG MyAccount email address and password to activate it.

i paid 1 year new subscription after confirming my account is active i was told to go conect, at the right top of the page however there isno conect at the right top of my avg product page
