Hi, this afternoon I upgraded my AVG Internet Security with Rose, the AVG sales assistant. I was told that a confirmation of the purchase would be sent by email. Also, I was told if I didn't get it within 10 minutes, I could contact the Support service. Please, can you sort this matter out for me? Thanks for your help! I am starting to feel a bit worried about it.

Hi, I'm afraid I still haven't received the AVG User Order confirmation email. This is the third time I have been told that the confirmation email has been resent to me. There are no faults with my email system. It's been working very well. I have got the AVG Ultimate product, though; I found it on my AVG account. However, I would like to have the confirmation email of the transaction showing the correct amount agreed on line. I need to prove how much I paid for the product. Thank you for your help!

We have resent the order confirmation email. 
Please access your email in different browser and check if you received an email with the subject of "User Order Confirmation event". 
AVG Ultimate will get reflected under your AVG My Account -> My Products tab soon. Have you checked there?
