We apologize that cannot see your subscription under My account.  We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.
Upon checking your account, we see that you have an active AVG Secure VPN (1 year subscription) valid till 3/7/2018 and AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) till 1/11/2018 .

To install AVG Secure VPN, there  is no product code to activate the program. Installation process is simple. AVG Secure VPN is accessible only via Secure VPN tile in AVG 2017 Zen. It cannot be installed as a stand alone product without AVG Zen.
Installation: AVG Zen - click the Secure VPN tile to install AVG Secure VPN (it never installs automatically).
Activation:
Activate AVG Zen with AVG MyAccount credentials used for AVG Secure VPN purchase (same logic as for GMS products).
If AVG Zen is already activated with AVG MyAccount credentials, just click the Secure VPN tile.

I've received an email confirming purchase of VPN, but subscription not yet showing & no confirmation code included in email.  How do I proceed?
