Conflict with 365 Office

After installing the AVG Tuneup program, I began to have problems with Microsoft 365 Office.  Spent hours working with their team and they manage to fix a problem but it only lasted a few minutes.  After uninstalling the AVG Tuneup program the problem disappeared. This then leads me to believe that there might be a conflict between the Tuneup program and the Microsoft 365 office.  How to correct this problem so that I am able to use both programs.
