Conflicting emails from AVG

Well, except for those confusing emails, it has not turned the protection off since i did the repair. There was a problem with the automatic deep scan that i try to schedule but because of all the problems i had with it, i just deleted it and i do it by hand instead of automatically.
It would be nice to see what exactly we are getting when you renew instead of just sending us that email to say to put in the license #. I have not done that yet so hopefully there won't be any problems.

Ok, i am so confused by AVG and all their confusing emails. You guys need to get your $#@! together or you will be losing customers FAST. i just renewed my subscription for another year and i put in the new license # but now i am getting a new email saying "ok you are almost finished now you need to put in your new license #" What the heck? And they gave me a license # that is unlike the new one they gave me before that! You don't seem to have a problem taking my money out of my account for the subscription but have tons of trouble activating it! I now have gotten 3 different license #'s! I am not changing it so you better fix this problem and make sure we are protected. We paid you to do this now do YOUR part or you won't see us as customers after this paid year. Also, please take me off of the automatic renewal for next year please. I am becoming an unsatisfied customer quickly.

You had received the e-mail "We want you back" by mistake, this is intended only to customer due for renewal or with expired subscription. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kindly ignore this e-mail notification.

However, the auto renewal of your AVG Internet Security 1 computer (1 year) is enabled so you have been charged 15 days before the expiry of current license. Now your AVG Internet Security 1 computer (1 year) is valid till 2019.7.20. 

When you purchase an AVG subscription, the subscription will continue until you cancel it. You will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account. We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your subscription.

Also, the email that started as 'Dear new customer' is a automated email from digital river regarding your order confirmation and it is a e-commerce company, hence it is not spam email. 

May I know whether your AVG Internet Security is working fine in your PC?

Ever since I had to do a repair on my AVG I have been getting conflicting emails from AVG. This happens to be the third time I am writing about this because I never received any response. After the repair I received an email saying "welcome back" …what the heck…we never left! Which makes me feel like that was a spam email?
My renewal is on July 19th and I get an email saying my AVG was automatically renewed and the price. I was never given the option to renew or not and I would also like to see what the offer is. The email started out "Dear new customer" Omg, I am not a new customer and have been with AVG for years. Then a few days after that email, I get one that says "your AVG protection expires in 15 days". Ok, now I am totally confused. I used to like AVG but I seriously do not trust them anymore.
I am a frustrated "old, not new" customer :frowning:
