Conflicts with Windows 10 Defender - Quick Scan

I recently updated AVG PC TuneUP to the lastest version 2019 with the new interface look. Every other day I notice that a yellow exclamation mark was showing on Windows Defender icon. When I open it, it said it requires a quick scan. I never remember of notifying me of a quick scan before. So I back track and remember I use this new AVG PC TuneUp version. I uninstalled it and reinstalled the previous version I was using and it fix the "quick scan" require on windows defender. So my question is what do you think is causing this problem when the new AVG PC TuneUp version is installed. I really like the NEW look but I hate that it ask me to run a quick scan often. Thank you in advance for you assistance.
