Maybe I don't understand what I did. Originally I was looking for free antivirus. And they had a basic plan that I could afford yearly. I make $880 a month to live on social security. And I don't understand a lot about computers. I have used your service just a few days and I'm constantly getting pop up ads from you and emails from you it feels like I need protection from you. I never had that with my other plan I was just trying to get out of monthly payments that I could not afford and had a little bit of extra money. What exactly are you protecting me from. I think I got an email from you saying that there was four hackers in my area, don't you protect me already from hackers? I need to talk with someone that can explain to me what exactly you are doing for me to protect me if I have to keep spending more money to get protection. I'm confused and uneducated when it comes to computers. I would love to just get my money back and go back to my old plan and pay my monthly payments with Total AV. I have never had issues with them other than the fact that I did not know how to clean my computer from outdated stuff. I would have been better off just spending the money to clean my computer.
