I suppose we have a website culture issue. I like a website where you gradually narrow you search down to the target. A lot of (I need to mention) american websites appear to go the opposite way; When you search for your word each step gives you even more choises the past steps included, and easily end up on a page where you started, and you are left nowhere. I mean - get your act together!
