Dear Sir! I do not know how to contact someone in Sweden working for AVG, so I now write you. I have been billed for an AVG SecureVPN Multi-device subscription done May 30th-19.! But this was anulled by AVG themselves on June 2 2019 since I had not payed within the 3 days following! This was fine by me since I had decided not to use this subscription but only stick to the free AVG version!!! A message about this was subsequently sent via the AVG pages on the computer to you! Then I had a letter on the 25th of June from Klarna with the demand to pay 871.11 Skr for just this subscription! I discussed the matter in length with them yesterday, but they would not accept the mail from you(to me) on June 2-2019 as a sufficienct cause to delete this bill!! They need to have a message directly from you about the matter before they let me off the hook, so to say!!! They have given me (you)time to act on this till July 2-19! So, will you please give them the necessary information…that the said subscription really have been cancelled!!! The ordernumber you gave me on May 30th was: 14387370610. I am sorry to have to bother you with this, but it is of vital importance to me that this issue is resolved. I simply cannot pay this amount presently, particularly since I am not using the AVG Security system! Thank you very much for your help in solving this problem.
