To Whom It May Concern,
I am trying to connect to my AVG account on the AVG software itself. The text box for the email address and password turns red when i try to log in. Can someone please explain how to resolve this issue.I have no issues logging into my account on my internet browser, so i don't know why i can't access it on the AVG Software. I have tried the link forget password and changed the password a number of times and that didn't resolve the issue either. Please let me know what I can do here.
