Connected to Untrusted Network?

I can't use my printer because AVG has informed me that I am connected to an untrusted network.  How does a connection like this happen and, how do I disable it?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
 I would suggest you to follow the below instructions:

  • Open AVG Internet Security.
  • Click the Web & Email.
  • Click Open above Enhanced Firewall.
  • Select the Networks tab.
  • Click Show settings next to the AVG VPN network which you are connected with.
  • Change it to I trust this network.
Also try, Open AVG Secure VPN. Go to ☰ Menu ▸ Settings. In the general tab check the Enable local device access when using VPN.
Try the above step and check on the issue.
