For example: "We may not be able to provide this service in your country for technical, legal, etc. reasons." such as.
As far as I know, other VPN services work well in my country.

I understand you are a resident of Turkey and you are experiencing a disruption using your AVG Secure VPN.
Regrettably, Turkey's government has previously imposed restrictions on access to all commonly used VPN service networks, including AVG.
From what I understand, Turkey (the Government) doesn't necessarily block our ports (which they have done previously), but they intentionally slow the speed on said ports so much that it is nearly unusable. I suspect this may be the disruption you are experiencing. As a troubleshoot, you can try to use another Internet Service Provider (i.e. a mobile hot spot) to see if it makes any difference.
Hello there AVG Secure VPN does not connect. VPN is connected but no virtual IP is obtained. I tried different locations. I uninstalled the software and installed it again. but my problem did not fix.
