When I try to view attachments from Zoho Mail webmail, the files are blocked with the error message 'zmdownload.zoho.com' is blocked. It is a secure webmail and the issue cropped up just a week ago. When I add the the web url to exception list it works fine. However, it is incorrectly flagged as Suspicious.
Please check and address the issue on high priority.

We are reaching out from Zoho Mail product group team.
I have already submitted in the false positive link a day ago. Since the users view the files from webmail (secured site), please make necessary exceptions at your end to prevent such restrictions.
In case, if some specifc param is triggering the classification, then please feel to share the details and we'll get it sorted on priority. Also, we have verified eveything at our end and other providers consider the connection from us as Safe.

Could you click on "see details" of the threat detection popup and provide the screenshot of it?
Are you getting the threat detection even after the URL to AVG's exceptions?
