Ok so… I got an HP all in one PC when my old one quit working as I do not have funds for anything better at the moment. Already not good at all for gaming… The Sims 4 (TS4) gallery worked fine in game with old PC. No issues whatsoever. Installed on new PC and gallery has never worked right. At first it would connect for a few minutes but wouldnt load all content. For months though I have just been playing without gallery (and I mainly play to build or refurbish so it sucks not having gallery) Today I uninstalled origin and TS4. Reinstalled, then shut off both Windows firewall and AVG firewall. GALLERY WORKED PERFECTLY! YAYYY! Until I then exited the game and turned my firewalls back on. Googled and adjusted all possible settings I could find to allow both Origin and TS4… Loaded up game and… yep gallery will not connect again. So I exited and proceeded to again turn off all firewalls… and what do ya know now it will not connect AGAIN
