To determine which AVG shield is causing the issue, we request you to individually disable the AVG shields/components one by one and check which shield is causing the issue.

I tried to disable service by service…
Also with all services disabled, the connection keeps dropping

Now the avg is de-installed and the connection is working fine

Hi,

I'm using the AVG internet security on my Macbook Pro.

For my work i'm using the microsoft remote desktop client to connect to the RDP server but the connection is continues dropping.
I tried to set the server adres in the exclusions but is doesn't help.
No i de-installed the avg security and  the connection is  working fine
