We are really sorry to know this. We'll certainly check and help you out.
We would like to inform you that after analysis, it is found the issue is due to Microsoft not renewing its SSL certificate – the issue should be mitigated on its own when they fulfil the certificate renewal – 
It looks like the certificate is renewed sometime back and the you should be able to access the apps without any problem. Whereas with, the certificate is still in an expired state and right when it is also renewed the issue should be gone.

Hi,

Since yesterday, I get the message "Connection to this website is not secure.  AVG has blocked access to https://uci.cdn.office.net"  I get this even when I'm not trying to access a website.  I'm sure it is related to Microsoft Cloud (which I don't use) but it pops up every few minutes.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
