(This is not an answer).
I have just logged on to AVG to ask exactly this question. I received an offer for the 'Ultimate Package' at £145.99 for two years, saying that it will include to time until current expiry date, but looking at my account there seems to be several of these. I went as far as entering my payment details until I came to the review page, where I expected it to specify what the expiry date would be, but it did not, so for that reason I decided not to purchase due to the lack of clarity. A consolidated bundle with appropriate credit seems to me to be the best way forward. Thanks!
Hello Cameron,
We are glad to look into this and help you.
We would request you to contact our AVG billing & sales team for merging the AVG products into AVG Ultimate using this link: https://bit.ly/3xeQptb and they will help you.
AVG Ultimate is a bundle package which includes the AVG Internet Security, AVG TuneUp, AVG Secure VPN and AVG AntiTrack.
You need to purchase AVG Ultimate product first and then they will merge rest of all products with it.
Thank you.
Is there a way that I can consolidate these into a single bundle with a single expiry and billing cycle.
In so doing, can I get credit for any remaining balances on licensed products?
