Constant AVG "Threat Secured" Pop-up

All morning I have been getting an AVG window popping up with a check mark saying "Threat Secured"… "We've moved (FBA)-Aprroval-6645EZ… to your Quarantine because it was infected with Other:Malware-gen [Trj].   More Threats may be lurking"  A Scan My PC button and a See Details window.

I have scanned four times and rebooted each time and have run Malwrebytes premium twice but it still persists !! 

Help !
