Impressed as I am with AVG's customer service, there is a problem that continues and I must have a simple answer, such as "Don't use tuneUp" or, better, "Turn off A, B, C in the automatic TuneUp"
The problem: I am using numerous news websites in my work, going to NYTimes, WashingtonPost, etc.,logging in instantly. Since beginning to use AVG, each of these sites requests registration, slowing down my work to a crawl.
Online assistance from AVG - which I appreciate - did not resolve the problem, I am still required to re-register. Please provide an answer so that I may continue to use all that's good in AVG. Thank you, JanosG@Gmail.com
Sorry, Hari, the problem is not that complicated.
Very simply, AVG deletes cookies that allow me to log in instantly to trusted and needed sites.
Rather than disabling AVG or even TuneUp, I am looking for a simple measure to leave cookies in place (but probably clearing Browsing Data),
