Constant pop ups/ads

Hi, AVG antivirus has been giving me never ending pop ups/ads for things like “your subscription has ended” or “you can renew for this amount” it is happening every hour or two, I have turned on silent mode, and they keep coming up, I tried temporarily disabling it and a different one came up saying you aren’t protected. If I’m playing games or watching Movies in bed I have to get up to close it. It’s getting to the point where I’m thinking of uninstalling because it feels like adware. Anyway to permanently turn it off

Go to AVG >> Menu >> Settings >> General >> Privacy Policy
And disable the option(s) under Offers.
