Constant scan slows computer

Hello Peter.
Do you mean AVG PC TuneUp is running the maintenance scan automatically? Let us know which version of AVG TuneUp is installed on your PC.

Tune Up seems to constantly scan which slows up my computer.  Seems worse since installing VPN.  I've checked earlier posts, but there does not seem to be any easy way to pause or stop the scanning.
What's the problem?  Thanks.
