Please clarify when (at what instance) do you receive the threat notification from AVG. For better clarity, please click on 'see details' in the notification & then share us the screenshot of it.
However, we'd like to clarify that Quarantine is an isolated environment in your computer, which will have no impact on the files or programs on your computer.
I keep getting a pop up that mentions JS:Agent-EIY[Trj]. Does anyone know how to fix it? It says it is in quarantine. If I remove/delete them then it pops up and goes back to quarantine again. I don't want this on my computer. Screenshot
