Constantly having to re-enter serial number since latest "update"

Hello Justin,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.  
Please click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart,  manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

I am CONSTANTLY having to re-enter the serial number that my mom's boyfriend Jim gets through work for the entire household, AVG IS is CONSTANTLY revertting to trial version FOR NO REASON AT ALL since the latest "update" to the application. I re-enter the serial number, it accepts it, it lasts ONLY an hour maybe a day if I am lucky and the damn thing is back to a trial version!!! at first it was only doing so on one computer, then it started doing the SAME thing on another. later ALL THREE computers started doing this. I kept having Jim re-enter it, but it got SO BAD that he ended up just emailing the serial number, the one he got from his work email. ended up forwarding it to me so he doesn't have to come in all the time and fix it. I Googled the problem but ONLY results show on how to revert to a trial version, there is NOTHING on it doing so ON ITS OWN!!! there seems to be NO INFORMATION on this problem AT ALL WHATSOEVER!!!

  1. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.
    5. Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
    6. Follow the instructions on your screen.  
    7. Complete the installation and restart your computer.
