From this morning, I repeatedly get the attached AVG popup on my Windows 10 PC. If I close the message, another identical AVG popup appears immediately.

I tried rebooting my PC and I have run a Malwarebytes scan which showed nothing. However I continue to receive this same AVG pop-up repeatedly.

Does anyone now why I keep getting this AVG pop-up and how to resolve the issue please?
