  1. I got this AVG message about that I have not been using my AVG Secure VPN for a while, with a link to do this. I don't trust this message for I have been using AVG for a couple of years now and never had a message like this before. So I contacted AVG, got an automatic reply that I should get in contact with their support team, but the only option I see is to be in this community. 
    Please inform me how to contact the AVG support team. Thank you.
    2. I feel a bit annoyed. After being a customer for years, why not a straightforward way to a AVG helpdesk? Is this how it is?
