If possible, could you change the type of connection and try to connect again — 4G/3G to WiFi or vice versa.

Trying to contact AVG support because it says it can't take payment from my PayPal account that I have been using for years, other payments go through the same PayPal account daily but AVG can't manage to achieve that. Then trying to contact support while already logged in, typing the whole problem and entering all my details again, then only an overseas phone call (no thanks!) or chat are options, but chat has an infinitely spinning wheel which renders the "contact support" function as useless as the payment system appears to be. What does one do in this case? Just let subscription expire and buy another product? Or is there actually some support out there for paying customers?
