I wanted to extend my contract and wanted to pay by bank transfer, but the IBAN on the bill is not correct. I am unable to contact Avg. If you click on contact in your account you cannot contact and they send you back to a page were you have to log in again in order to do something, but it does not help .you are turned around. If you try to chat it says fill in the form, but all filled in it does not work.
Amazing how user unfriendly this is. Did they ever do a users test ?
