hello every body im new to this fourm nice to see a place where i might find a few answers.
I was browsing the web and was on a web page and a box poped up and it said .
contact tech support your computer has been compromised .
it had a phone number i didnt call it .i just backed out of that web page and was on my way surfing the web .
Is this a virus a bad web site or am i hacked already and dont kno it .my wifi conection at home says netgear and avg pops up and say unidentified network but its trusted i think somebody might have hacked into my home network ,but im not sure because im not very computer savy like the pros at avg .if any body could help me understand a little more i would be thankfull for the help
