Hi Neville,
We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know the reason that made you think that AVG AntiTrack is blocking the access to websites & what happens exactly while accessing website. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Also, upon checking your account, we're unable to locate AntiTrack subscription. It might be registered under your alternate account.
As it isn't recommended to share the account details over this post, we've sent you an email requesting account details. Please revert to us via email with those info.
Neville, we'll certainly help you resolve this.
When AVG AntiTrack is enabled, the 'Enable tracking detection' feature will clear the cookies in real time to make sure there are no tracks were left.
However, certain websites require cookies to load without any issues. In such case, the websites may load slower than usual or fail to load.
I'd request to disable this feature and check if you can load the website fine.
NOTE: If you disable this setting, your browser remains protected, but AVG AntiTrack does not gather data during tracking attempts. The cookies are removed after the browsing session is completed rather than in realtime.
avg anti tracking blocks me from web sites
Hi, My Case was number 09715574 . Since installation when I visit a web site then go to a link, from their page … example paypal. I get a white screen saying AVG Anti Tracking is preventing certain webpages from loading…There are No error messages… M. Edge is up to date including browser… TLS boxes are ticked and ok… So I do not think it is a Browser problem as it has not happened in the past… I decided to use old laptop with no Anti Tracking worked perfectly. A senior tech guy did the download maybe he needs to uninstall and reinstal,.that is why I gave case number. Hope this helps. Neville.

Glad to know that, Neville. Thank you for updating the status. Have a great day!
Avinash I disabled the "Enable tracking detection" yesterday and checked if sites did load, happy to say they it did. As you stated the browser still remains protected which is what we need to happen. Thanks for your help… Neville…
My problem is with not being able to see the web page that I wish to see. The tracking side is doing what it should do "track" so yes that has been resolved. I just won't to know does tracking stop me from seeing a website page that I wish to see.
