Please refer to my account. I have paid for and am covered for AVG Tuneup. My account says I am paid to 9/12/21 but will not allow me to post renewal code (activation code removed)
There was an initial mix up whereby you charged my credit card for renewal and then I actually paid it again, therefore paying twice. Now you have lapsed the first invoice, thinking that the second invoice would cover my renewal, but ALL for AVG Tuneup you have lapsed. If you look through the records you will find the error. lease attend to this urgently as I regularly use AVG Tuneup.
