You have no active AVG accounts with the e-mail address you used to contact us here. If you have an AVG account with any other e-mail address, please visit https://www.avg.com/gdpr , Enter your email address and click Request Access. After that, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
