We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know what exactly happens when you run AVG Clear tool?
Was it able to identify the AVG Internet Security program installed on your computer?
Do you mean to say that you aren't able to use the paid features?

My paid version of AVG Internet Security is not working and I am unable to Uninstall the program even .using AVG Clear. I am desperate to AVG up and running again.
