Contacting customer or billing is impossible

My account is up for renewal and they need new CC info. I'm not going to give new info without finding out how much you are going to charge my account. This information should be in the email that I received.  When I try to get into contact with someone, all your web-site is loop around.  At least with other companies they have a real person you can talk to.
