Contacting support

OK, I did #1, 2, 3, and 4 above. No change. I'm still getting multiple listings of both avg browser and avg anti virus in Task Manager.
I got an email from AVG support with links enclosed to fix my problem. But every time I click any of the 4 links provided
I get a message saying "WE'LL BE RIGHT BACK" !! WTF??
Any one else having this problem?
 
We're sorry to know that the issue has not been fixed yet.
I request you to follow the steps mentioned in the below article to take a screenshot and share the screenshot of your task manager which shows AVG takes more memory on your computer.
