I contacted yourselves to renew and I made it clear I could not afford the subscrition offered I was then given various figures which were expensive bur we eventually reached agreement to pay the sum of £20 but I could not pay this until December. It was then said I would auto renew to the sum of £64 which I have never agreed toand as were were still negotiating a figure nothing was agreed to and money has been taken out of my bank account illegally and I have to advise this is causing a lotof inconvenience which is unacceptable.

I managed to get on to web chat however it appears while I will get my money back I have to renew again which I think is unfair especially after the difficulties I have had with agents
