 here's a technical question. why do you have online chat that can't answer any question but just redirect you to go and look at more pages and ask a god damned web browser question of which you get no answers. i was just in chat for 10 minutes getting redirected for 1 question which should have taken 5 seconds to answer. my question is when i bought tuneup utilities for the last however many years, i could use 1 license on up to 3 different pc's. is it still the same because if it has gone down to only 1 pc, then the service and value has dropped by 66%. also now i'm confused as i see here there is pc tuneup and also performance. why is there 2 and which have i got when all i really wanted was Pc tuneup utilities which is what i used to buy every year. i went to chat because i can't read and type well online with bad eyes and now i have been doing this for about 1 hour for a 5 second answer of a question. i doubt if you can even start to comprehend how upset i am with your service and i am a new customer since you took over tune up utlities. i was with them for many years but i doubt if i'll be with you that long so far. Now this really is taking the piss. i want god damned email support, not chat nor phone and you don't offer it. you're a disgrace
