Content of email can not be found

Hello Andrew,

I am sorry to hear that. Please follow the below steps and check if that fix the issue:

Please open the AVG Internet Security installed in your computer and click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Change the application settings from "Auto Decide to "Allow". Once this is done, click on "Network Profile(Left side of the interface) and change the profile to "Private" if selected in "Public". Once this is done, please click on "System Rules" and enable the "Networking and Printer sharing" option and check if that fix the issue.

If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.

The content of some of my emails will not download.  I open the message and it says "Message Can Not be Found.  The contents of this message can not be found."  I use Windows Live Mail.

Do I need to change the settings in AVG somewhere?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you so much for your prompt reply.  However, when I open AVG Internet Security I do not have the options you note.  There is an 'Options' Tab on the top right.  If I click on that I get a list, oneof which is 'Firewall Settings', but there is nothing more that you list. Can you please advise.  Thanks.

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for the information.
It seems that you should have the 2016 version still.
Please disable AVG Internet Security 2016 temporarily as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-disable-AVG and check whether the email content downloads.
