Yes, "IdleBuddy" is the culprit. It is some sort of malware but unfortunately, it will not allow uninstall. Or at least I am unable to figure out how to uninstall.

Once is safemode, how do I "remove all the files and folder associated with this application."

Yes, I can see the threat in the Quarantine window.
Getting a 'Threat secured' pop-up continually. Tried deleting but persists even after deleting. "We've moved bpm.dll to your Quarantine because it was infected with Win64:Malware-gen."

Thank you for providing us the screenshot. When verifying the screenshot we could see that "IdleBuddy" is the application that cause this threat detection, do you use this application?
If not, we suggest you to uninstall the application and check if you still receive this pop up from AVG
