Continued AVG Alerts regarding exposure of IP address & activities on line even though I bought apps

I took screen shots and tried to insert them into this answer section by clicking on the mountain icon but the window that then opened did not allow me to select the paint files; it actually did not respond to anything. Then I tried to copy and paste the alert messages into this answering section, again, with no success. This is a time consuming useless support. Any better ideas?

I followed your advice but the problem did not stop. this is very annoying and time consuming
