Cannot figure out how to cancel my credit card info for my AVG anti tracker account. Got billed Sept 5th. Went into my AVG antivirus program and used the drop down for subscriptions…said AVG anti-track is installed. Click on it…could not access path. I do not have the original download code for my old email was hacked. Log into my account…very limited access to anything let alone not all subscriptions were listed. No access to my credit card info. I want to close my AVG account and go with another antivirus program. I don't want to keep making calls to someone I cannot understand. The link listed in another post does not do anything for closing account…

We're glad to clarify this for you, Karen. It isn't required to raise a dispute with the payment method. This has happened as you've subsribed to AVG using 2 accounts. Usually the pre-billing notificaiton email would be triggered to the registered email address. You can be rest assured that there won't be any further charges under your both accounts as the automatic renewal is disabled. If you prefer, we'll be able to initiate a refund for AVG AntiTrack which is under your hotmail account from our end.
It came through gmail account. Hotmail is closed awhile back…plesse refund
I will flag my credit card not to allow charges to go through. May have to have card company reverse the September 5 charge. Viewing customer reviews, not looking good when you say you cancelled upcoming renewals…
