Hello Rosemary,

I understand the inconvenience.
I see that you have purchased AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription).
I have sent an email for you to attach the screenshot of Bitcoin spam email that you received.
Please check whether you have "Anti-spam" feature installed on the program.
Open AVG Internet Security, click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components".
To the right, scroll down to check whether Anti-spam is installed. If not, proceed to click on "Install Component" and complete the process by restarting your PC when it is prompted.
By installing AVG Anti-spam component, it will stop the spam emails.
If you are receiving the spam emails from a particular email sender then you can add it to blacklist of AVG Anti-spam.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components–>Customize" of Anti-spam component.
Select the option for "Blacklist" and proceed to enter the email address from which you receive the spam emails.
Keep us informed about the status.

I have just paid for what I thought was an AVG  upgrade on my fire wall to protect me from continued e-mails which I get in dozens of each day Spam type E-mails one in particular from BitCoin with attached invoices!  Can anyone advise me what to do to stop getting these unwanted e-mails. Thanks
